Is a Doha-based designer who graduated with MFA in interdisciplinary Design Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUartsQatar) in 2019. She graduated with double majors in BFA in Fashion Design and BFA in Interior Design, from the same university in 2013.
Her focus involving critical thinking, innovation and solutions that spark conversations and inform narratives, through which perspectives are exchanged and shifted. Through interdisciplinary practice, she investigates behaviors and needs, explores materials and systems of making, understands their impact on the human body and mind, to stem into design solutions.

Her work includes mainly fashion collections and product design.
In 2013 she won W Doha Fashion Award 2013 and Golden Needle Award as the best designer. Her collections were showcased in Qatar, and internationally in Richmond USA, and for the NY Fashion Week conducted by VCU Richmond. She has helped backstage with designers like Stephane Rolland, Lwren Scott, Manish Malhotra and Eric Gaskins. During her MFA thesis research, she focused on ADHD in Qatar, and how design, through subtle ways, works as a means to empower and celebrate this condition within the Qatari society, and question existing norms within the society.

Multi-talented, and a strong believer in innovative design, she persistently derives innovative ideas, systems and design solutions that leaves the viewer inspired. Her curiosity and joy lies in looking at the past, observing the present to lead to an exciting future of possibilities.
